Referral Program Terms

Program Overview

The BookThis.Now Referral Program ("Program") allows existing users to invite new users and earn rewards. By participating in this Program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

How It Works

1.
Invite Friends: Share your unique referral link or send email invitations directly through your dashboard.

Completion Bonus: Earn an instant +5% or +10% discount (depending on your status) when you invite all 4 people.
3.
Registration Reward: Earn +5% discount immediately when someone registers using your referral link (maximum 4 referrals, 20% total).
4.
Subscription Bonus: Earn an additional +5% discount when your referred user subscribes to a paid plan (maximum 30% total discount).

Rewards & Discounts

  • Discounts: Discounts are applied to your subscription pricing and are cumulative up to a maximum of 30%.
  • Registration Discount: You receive a 5% discount as soon as your invited friend registers, before they subscribe.
  • Application: Discounts are automatically applied to your next billing cycle or when you subscribe.
  • Lifetime Discount: Once earned, your discount percentage remains active for the lifetime of your subscription.

Eligibility

  • You must have an active BookThis.Now account to participate.
  • Referred users must be new to BookThis.Now and not have an existing account.
  • Self-referrals are not permitted.
  • You may invite a maximum of 4 users through the email invitation system.
  • Additional referrals beyond 4 can be made through your unique referral link.

Restrictions & Prohibited Activities

  • Creating fake accounts or using automated systems to generate referrals is prohibited.
  • Spamming or unsolicited promotional activities are not allowed.
  • Referral links may not be posted on coupon or deal websites without prior written consent.
  • Mass email campaigns or bulk messaging is prohibited.
  • Any form of fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination from the Program.

Modification & Termination

BookThis.Now reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time with or without notice.
  • Change reward amounts, discount percentages, or eligibility criteria.
  • Disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms.
  • Withhold or revoke rewards if fraudulent activity is suspected or confirmed.

Limitation of Liability

BookThis.Now is not responsible for any technical issues, lost referrals, or delayed rewards due to system errors, network problems, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.

Privacy

By participating in the Program, you consent to BookThis.Now using your referral data for program administration and analytics. We will handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
