Relax alone or with the whole family in a private space, located on an estate that gives the feeling and tranquility of the countryside, but at the same time within the city. It has three bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, and a large outdoor courtyard that will enchant you. Overlooking the city and the sea of Vathi Bay, in a lush green environment, you will enjoy every hour of the day from your morning coffee to your evening glass of wine. It has 3 bedrooms on the upper floor. The 1st bedroom has a large double bed, the 2nd has a single bed, and the 3rd has two single beds. Next to one of the bedrooms, there is a balcony door that leads to a balcony with a unique view of the city and the forest. On the lower floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and all the necessary utensils, as well as a dining area for 6 people. There is also a sofa bed. The living room has a sofa, an armchair, a 55 smart TV, a sofa bed, as well as a fitness treadmill. The bathroom has a shower, a washer and a dryer for your convenience. There you will find everything necessary for your daily hygiene. One of the most important features of the house is its large outdoor courtyard.
